On December 13, the Ecoprod Association organized a conference on eco-production at the Académie du climat. On the program for the day were questions, conferences and debates aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the audiovisual sector. On this occasion, the Ecoprod label was launched.
The Ecoprod label defines common, harmonized eco-production criteria to guide and transform production strategies. It also helps develop tools to improve environmental practices (carbon calculator, Programs, practical information sheets, etc.). A free criteria grid can be used to calculate an eco-production score for any audiovisual or cinematographic project. In this way, productions with a high score that can justify the actions taken can be awarded the label.
The ESRA Group is a signatory to the joint declaration and a member of Ecoprod.
