ERASMUS+: a program with a future

The Erasmus+ program contributes significantly to the development of ESRA's international policy. It accelerates student and professional mobility. The program is based on numerous cooperation initiatives in Europe and around the world. ESRA, through its various campuses, has been a holder of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) since 2025.
Erasmus+ is a European funding program for mobility, dedicated to education, training, and youth.
The program sets four priorities for the future that also accompany ESRA's international development:
- Inclusion and diversity
- Digital transformation
- Environment and climate change mitigation
- Participation in democratic life and civic engagement
Erasmus+ Strategy Statement
Inclusion and diversity
ESRA values an environment in which people of diverse cultures and identities can freely express their ideas. We recognize that diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and traditions enriches our learning, teaching, and professional community.
Since its inception, the image and sound industry has been shaped by international artistic, economic, and geopolitical influences. Productions are not only economic objects but also symbolic, political, or ideological ones, often addressing issues of identity, resistance, belonging, and social transformation.
We promote an environment where everyone—students, faculty, and staff—feels respected, welcome, and able to pursue their work without harassment or discrimination.
ESRA is committed to:
- Support a community that reflects the diversity of backgrounds and experiences of the wider community
- Recognizing and combating the structural inequalities that have shaped higher education
- Encourage ongoing learning about equity, inclusion, and cultural understanding.
- Help any member of the community who is seeking advice on issues related to discrimination.
- Identify areas where the school can still improve
