This weekend, our Sound for Video Games students spent the day at Paris Games Week. They took the time to listen, test and, above all, talk to the many studios present.
Over the course of the meetings, the professionals shared their methods, tools and backgrounds. These very concrete discussions gave the students a better understanding of how a sound identity is constructed, from the first idea to in-game integration, and what studios expect from a young profile: curiosity, rigor, and a true narrative sensibility.
