On Thursday April 25, 2019, ESRA Bretagne, in partnership with theAssociation française du cinéma d'animation, hosted two professional meetings in Rennes as part of the Festival national du film d'animation.
For the occasion, ESRA Bretagne welcomed students from Rennes art schools MJM Rennes, LISAA Rennes, Creative Seeds andRennes 2 University.
Olivier GEORGES, Senior Rigging Technical Director - R&D Rigging Developer at Mikros Image, Julien PAREJA, Regional Coordinator atAFCA, and Alain BIENVENU, Director ofESRA Bretagne, presented a first part on "Manufacturing Secrets: A look at Mikros, the 3D specialist".
To round off the day, Olivier GEORGES and Emmanuel CHAPON, Modeling supervisor / Talent development manager at Mikros Animation, held a "Portfolio feedback" session. This enabled students to take a fresh look at their demo reels, in order to better prepare for their professional integration.
