ESRA Bretagne was privileged to welcome Swedish artist and director Niki Lindroth von Bahr for a fascinating masterclass, led by our professor Damien Stein.
Renowned for her work in stop-motion, Niki Lindroth von Bahr shared with our students a behind-the-scenes look at her singular universe, where visual poetry, social criticism and remarkable technical precision come together. Through the presentation of her emblematic short films, such as Tord and Tord, Bath House and The Burden, she offered a fascinating insight into her creative process and the artistic choices that shape her work.
The event was a real source of inspiration for our animation and film-loving students, enabling them to explore new perspectives and enrich their understanding of the discipline.
