The Divé + association works to encourage diversity and inclusion, in front of and behind the cameras, in the world of French cinema and audiovisual media.
Born of an initiative by Director of Photography, Kanamé ONOYAMA (ESRA 2007), in February 2021, Divé + communicates on the activities of its members by promoting gathering and exchange. The association also shares resources (articles, books, other associations) and, since November 2021, has been producing podcasts, the Divé Talks.
The recording of the latest Divé Talks on Steadicam Operators took place on the ESRA set on February 3. The association's founder, Kanamé ONOYAMA (ESRA 2007) was present, alongside guests Marion GAILLARD, Fanny COUSTENOBLE and Fabienne ROUSSIGNOL, members of the Association Française des Cadreurs & Cadreuses Steadicam (AFCS), as well as Lucie FIÈVRE (ESRA 2008) and Katia HAMNANE (ESRA 2016).
