For the second year running,ESRA Bretagne ISTS 2 students and Sciences-Po Rennes M1 journalism students are organizing a "News and Radio Management" week, with a professional jury made up of radio technicians, directors and Radio France journalists.
The students are divided into teams of three Sciences-Po Rennes students and twoISTS 2 students, and produce a one-and-a-half-hour radio program, recorded under live conditions, including animation, reports, columns and interviews with guests, also live. The Sciences-Po students are responsible for the editorial content of the program, while the ISTS students are in charge of management and technical supervision, as well as recording the sound for the report in the field.
This production is produced entirely in the new radio studio, which is dedicated to Yann PARANTHOËN, Chief Sound Recording Operator and author of radio programs such as "L'oreille en coin" (Radio France). The studio is equipped with an SSL Solid State Logic CD HD plus mixing console. It includes new specific peripherals: RME - Octamic 2 microphone preamp, Antelope Audio Orion studio 2017 audio interface, Tascam SS-R250N automated CD player, Neumann KH120A listening system, Audiophony 320 turntable, Shure SM7B and SM-58 vocal microphones, Protools HD 2021...
