The Graduation Ceremony of the DESTS, degree d'Études Supérieures des Techniques du Son took place on Friday, January 28, 2023, at the Jean Renoir amphitheater.
Béatrice THIRIET, film music composer, was the patron of the class of 2022.
Composer, notably of the soundtrack to Brigitte SY'sAstragale, starring Leila BEKHTI and Reida KATEB, released in 2015 and for which she received Prix Lumières in 2016 for Best Music. She also composed the soundtrack for Pascal FERRAN's Bird People, selected at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard category and nominated for the César for Best Music as well as the Prix France Musique / Sacem. Béatrice THIRIET also distinguishes herself in the creation of chamber opera sound with Nouvelles Histoires d'Elle.
Béatrice THIRIET is Chevalier de l'ordre des Art et des Lettres and Chevalier de l'ordre national du Mérite.
