The Champs-Élysées Film Festival has been spotlighting independent American and French cinema since 2012. The 2021 edition awarded Claus DREXEL's Au coeur du bois (ESRA 1994) the prize for Best French Feature Film.
After America nominated for the César for Best Documentary Film in 2019 and Sous les étoiles de Paris in 2020, Claus DREXEL (ESRA 1994) will release his new feature film, Au coeur du bois, on December 8, 2021. Florent LACAZE (ESRA 2000) is producer and Jeremy DELPON (ESRA 2008) is production assistant.
ESRA alumni are also involved in the French Feature Film Audience Award, Le monde après nous by Louda BEN SALAH - Antoine BERTUCCI (ISTS 2011), sound editor; Nicolas FIORASO (ISTS 2004), sound engineer; César MAMOUDY (ISTS 2009), sound mixer.
