Tina BAZ (ESRA 1992) wins the César for Best Editing for the documentary Adolescentes

The 46th César Awards Ceremony took place on Friday March 12 at the Olympia, rewarding films released during the year 2020.

Tina BAZ (ESRA 1992) won the César for Best Editing for the documentary Adolescentes by Sébastien LIFSHITZ. The documentary follows the lives of two teenagers, Emma and Anaïs, from their 13th to their 18th birthdays. The film also won the César for Best Documentary and the César for Best Sound.

With a shoot spanning 5 years, Tina BAZ has edited nearly 500 hours of rushes for Adolescentes. The editor alternates between documentaries, feature films, shorts, TV series and art videos. She has edited numerous films by Japanese filmmaker Naomi KAWASE, including Asa ga Kuru and Malu and other films by Sébastien LIFSHITZ.
