The Nice European Short Film Festival celebrates its 15th anniversary this year. For one week, from October 9 to 16, audiences will be able to discover over 80 films in 4 competitions.
ESRA Côte d'Azur is particularly involved in this alumni event. The school will be hosting a number of events, including a master class by director Serge AVEDIKIAN on the 12th, an introductory workshop for high school students from the cinema option classes at the Lycée du Parc Impérial in Nice on the 14th, and a meeting with some of the directors of the films in competition on the 16th.
Several teams of 3rd-year students will also be taking turns to produce the Festival's daily video diary, not forgetting the participation of several students in the Student Jury, whose prize will be awarded by ESRA Côte d'Azur.
Finally, this year, 5 short films directed or produced by former students in recent years will be featured at a screening on October 15 at the Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen (CUM). The alumni, present for the occasion, will then exchange views with students and participants.
