On Monday, October 30, we welcomed François KRAUS, for a masterclass, hosted by Franck GARBATZ, as part of the production of the film Les Chatouilles directed by Andréa BESCOND and Eric METAYER.
Pascal THOMAS recounted how he imagined and wrote his film " Mercredi, Folle journée! " (2001) as it was being shot, and later confided that he couldn't conceive of violent characters, referring to the character of Commissaire Denis PELLOUTIER, played by Olivier GOURMET.
Following the screening of " Mon petit doigt m'a dit" (My Little Finger Told Me), the director added that he had "always loved to make people laugh", recounting anecdotes from his filming days, his relationships with actors Bernard MENEZ, Catherine FROT and André DUSSOLLIER, and the moments in his life that inspired his films.
