On Friday January 31, 2025, the ESRA Nice campus proudly celebrated the graduation ceremony of the class of 2024, which took place in Cannes on the Georges Méliès Campus, in the presence of David Azoulay, President of the ESRA Group, Nathaniel Brendel, Managing Director, and Thierry Collard, Director of ESRA Côte d'Azur.

A moment rich in emotion, marked by the presence of graduates, their families, teaching teams and the many people who have accompanied these students throughout their career.
Christophe Proudhom, head of the Nice site of the Direction Régionale de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche, represented Madame la Rectrice de l'académie and congratulated the students on obtaining their state-approved diplomas (DESRA, DESFA, DESTS).

Three personalities with important responsibilities in the image and sound industry took part in the
ceremony:
- Joëy FaréJoëy Faré, producer of feature films, TV series (Scarlett Production) including "Kaboul Kitchen" broadcast on Canal + in 2012, "Clash" broadcast on France 2 in 2012, and TV movies such as "Ne m'abandonne pas" broadcast on France 2 in 2016.
- Virginie Guilminotproduction director of animated films, including
"Flow le chat qui n'avait plus peur de l'eau", nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 2025 Oscars.
- Derek VanderhorstDerek Vanderhorst, recording mixer, supervising sound editor and sound designer on over 30 feature films made in the USA, including "No Country for Old Men", directed by the Coen brothers in 2007.
He also composed a song for this year's biopic dedicated to Bob Dylan, "A Perfect Stranger".
After recounting their career paths and outlining encouraging prospects for the future in their respective sectors, they handed out their diplomas to the students.
The class valedictorians all took the floor to thank their teachers as well as their fellow students present for the occasion, and to talk about their professional situation and future plans:
