The DESRA and DESTS degree award ceremonies for the class of 2014 took place on December 18, 2014.
The patron of the ESRA Class of 2014 was Pascal ROGARD, Managing Director of SACD.
After the screening of the best film of the Class of 2014 "Krakovski", Pascal ROGARD addressed the Laureates, then gave the floor to the majors present.
He returned to the key role of creators and the need to protect them, rather than privileging consumers, and stressed the essential role of SACD in this context. He also spoke of negotiations with the European authorities and the imperative of preserving the specificity of cultural goods, distinguishing them from ordinary consumer goods.
The 5 majors are :
Pierre ZAGDOUN for film direction,
Matthieu PETIGNY for Television Production,
Pauline HUSSONG for Image,
Rany GHOSN for Editing,
Eva KLEIN for Production.
The patrons of previous graduating classes were Jean-Claude CARRIERE (2005), Antoine DE CAUNES (2006), Serge TOUBIANA (2007), Nicolas SEYDOUX (2008), Alain TERZIAN (2009), Christine ALBANEL (2010), Yves BOISSET (2011), Pierre LESCURE (2012) and Emmanuel PRIOU.
For ISTS, the sponsor was Vladimir COSMA, violinist, conductor and composer, who first addressed the students.
After the screening of the film that won best music of the class of 2014 "Everyone leaves one day", Vladimir COSMA addressed the laureates.
He went back over his career and in particular his beginnings, and then gave his principles of music composition, with the different musical strata that need to be defined in a film score.
The four valedictorians for 2012 are:

Enzo DI MASCIO for Musical Sound Recording,
Clément COTTON for Sound
Julien LOOCK for Radio
In keeping with tradition, the majors gave their speeches of thanks.
Patrons of previous graduating classes were Jean-Claude PETIT, Vice-President of SACEM and film music composer(BERRI, RAPPENEAU, MOLINARO...) in 2009, Pierre BOUTEILLER, a leading figure in music and radio, notably Radio France, in 2010, Pascal NEGRE, Chairman and CEO of UNIVERSAL Music France in 2011 and Dominique BLANC-FRANCARD.
